EVENTS...JUST FOUND A SITE CALLED HARLO MEDIA, INC, they post networking events that get people out and about to meet, talk about your site, blah blah blah...

Actually, I just added that. Oops. On your profile underneath the chat module you will see "add RSS". You can add your feeds there and move the box anywhere on your page that you want.

Hello,
First all what makes a place a good site? Well I think it starts with the character of who is running it. I am very careful about what communitys I associate with or not. I do not want to be connected to a site if it is not credible. I look for friendly user capabilities. If it is a site that just has so much things in it I cannot figure out I rarely go to it.
I look for what it is that they have to offer me in building relationships, if it has things for me to relate to for my businesses. I look for the helpfulness of others. There are so many sites out there that just offer so much but I find the best ones are the smaller ones because you can develop better and more on a personal level then the big ones.
Just my 2 cents.

I like the home pagee--it's not flashy or hard to navigate! It's very friendly for me! Comment areas, blogs, and such are popular and well populated. thanks for the great job!

Organization would be the #1 thing on any social networking website that would make me want to stay. For me, its all about ease of use. If the sign-up page is too long, ugh. If it takes 10 clicks to get to the image upload page, ugh. Also, no clutter. Let the items on the page just hang out, and be free. No need to cram everything so closely together.
With the Web 2.0 craze that has people selling their kidneys for a piece of, pages need to look neat and to the point

For me the best Social media site is the one that shares in the revenue they receive from the advertisers on the site .
It has got to be FREE ,
I get a free based emailbox like you get from Yahoo or Hotmail , it is still spam free . I can't say that from my yahoo accounts , lol .
It has to be easy to connect with others , I like to visit the forums and discuss movies or politics .
I like to post in a advertising section .
The homepage gives me accesss to all the things I need on the net . You name you can find .
One thing is sure , I see ads on every social network , weather it is Ning or Facebook or whatever . They all make money from us when we visit the site . I never see anything from that money . I hear that the FB owner is the youngest billionaire on this planet .
